The Untold Times is dedicated to giving voice to those who have long existed in the shadows of mainstream society. We are the first publication created by and for the Untold community—mermaids, werewolves, vampires, fairies, elves, dragons, leprechauns, cats, wizards, and countless others often dismissed as “supernatural,” “mythical,” or “superhuman.”
For generations, our kind have been scrutinized and marginalized by dominant human culture, cast as villains in their stories, used for fear-mongering, or dismissed as figments of imagination. Many of us live in hiding or isolation, while those who choose to live among humans must conceal their true nature for fear of discovery.
The Untold Times stands as an avenue for advancement, a beacon for betterment, and a conduit for communication within our global community. Our pages celebrate the richness of Untold culture, provide practical advice for navigating both worlds, and create connections among diverse supernatural beings.
What Does “Untold” Mean?

- Incapable of description or expression: untold suffering
- Incalculably great in number or quantity: untold thousands
- Not told; not related; not revealed: untold thoughts
- Sentient beings who thrive on the fringes of reality, often possessing supernatural abilities or characteristics. Traditionally society has written off the Untold community as creatures of fantasy, myth, or legend though we are very much real and coexist alongside humans in the shadows of the mundane world.
- Describing stories, secrets, or knowledge that has not been revealed or shared, often shrouded in mystery or obscurity. The Untold are guardians of ancient wisdom and arcane lore, preserving the untold truths of the cosmos from the prying eyes of the uninitiated.
Our History
The Untold Times was founded in 2023 as a small locally distributed print publication. It is the first comprehensive news source dedicated to supernatural beings worldwide. What began as a passionate project among a small group of determined individuals has grown into a vital resource for the Untold community.
